About Us

We try to get reports to the customer within 24-48 hours after purchase. If vehicle is unavailable for inspection it can take longer.

We inspect ALL used passenger vehicles, light duty trucks, SUVs, electrics, and hybrids from dealers and private sellers.  We also have access to some dealer auctions and can perform inspection before purchase.

Yes, as long as vehicle is road worthy and allowed by seller.

No. The condition of the vehicle may change after the inspection takes place. Also, a more comprehensive mechanical inspection  may present issues that were not identified during our limited pre purchase inspection. If we believe that further inspection is required for a particular part of the inspection it will be noted in the report. 

All inspections  include VIN Verification, Tires & Brakes, Undercarriage, Electrical & Lights, Interior, Engine, Road Test, Fluid Checks (some modern vehicles do not offer fluid check dipsticks  those fluids will not be inspected), Diagnostic Scan of all applicable OBD2 systems, road test if allowed. 

We do not raise the car off the ground but do include undercarriage photos and an assessment in the  report. We inspect undercarriage  for signs of damage (shocks, struts, exhaust, fuel tank etc.), rust or wear due to  flooding/water damage. We also include paint thickness measurements where applicable and check for any evidence of repair or use of non-OEM parts when possible.

There are times when a vehicle is no longer for sale, the seller or dealer is unwilling to permit one of our technicians from inspecting the vehicle. In these cases, you will receive a notification via email as to why the inspection could not be performed and you will not be charged.
